This online store is operated by the company Youth Éditions, based in Paris, France. Any order for products listed in our catalog implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The validation click made by the customer after completing the order form constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions, subject to the right of withdrawal provided in Article 15.
1. purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the remote sale of products offered by youth éditions.
2. geographic scope
The youth éditions online store is available in the following regions:
European Union
Outside Europe: Australia, United States, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and others upon request.
3. prices
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and other local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
4. orders
All orders must be confirmed by a click of validation and must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit.
Special orders (custom-made products) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
5. payment terms
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer
Products remain the property of youth éditions until full payment has been received.
6. delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any anomaly must be reported to the carrier and to Youth Éditions within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery.
7. right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. warranties
youth éditions does not offer additional commercial warranties. Legal warranties of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) apply.
9. force majeure
youth éditions cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations in cases of force majeure, as defined by French jurisprudence.
10. dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts within the jurisdiction of Youth Éditions’ registered office shall have authority.
